    Cosplay that involves public exposure of genitalia, buttocks, or breasts is not permitted.
  • Public alarm: 
    Costumes that could cause public alarm, such as a terrorist wearing a suicide vest, are prohibited.
  • Outrage of modesty: 
    Costumes that are deemed to be an "outrage of modesty" are not allowed.
  • Masks and helmets: 
    If a costume includes a feature that conceals facial features like masks or helmets, attendees may be asked to remove it.
  • Military or law enforcement costumes: 
    Attendees wearing these types of costumes should be mindful of how they are perceived and include an indication that it is a costume and not a real uniform.
  • Protruding features: 
    Cosplay that is out-sized or has features that protrude should be managed carefully to avoid hitting other attendees.
  • Event staff discretion: 
    The event staff reserves the right to ask any attendee to leave or change out of a costume deemed inappropriate
